Life Crisis

Life Crisis

There will always be challenges in life, but sometimes a person or a family must endure a life crisis that defies description. Pain, suffering, frustration, anger, grief and anxiety are just a few of the feelings that can pierce your universe at that time.

Finding a place for relief is essential, not only for survival, but to come out on the other side with hope and somehow with a sense of growth. Mindfulness Meditation is of the utmost importance to anyone in crisis, once you are ready to start finding relief from the intensity of your pain. (You will find Mindfulness Meditation techniques and resources at the left side of the page.)
